Luck of the Irish

Gothyrotica will officially be participating in Depraved Nation's Luck of the Irish Gacha event. I'm ecstatic to be accepted to participate. Now to get the new content ready for both Gachas, should be extremely fun. I'll post and hype about what's being made once I have the rough drafts done.

Another Milestone on DeMorgue Manor

After many hours of constant aggravation, the forest for DeMorgue Manor is finished. Only took 490 prims so far. I only say "so far" because I'm sure it'll have some slight changes. I damn near crashed the sim with all the rezzer scripts, I wasn't thinking, luckily I got rid of them before the sim froze or crashed. I would've lost all my progress and I'm sure ZoHa would've been pissed.

I think I'm going to try to convince Wenz to let me turn the garage into a personal work area for Gothyrotica. I'd fancy an area specifically for working for the brand, possibly build it up more. I enjoy creating but it's taken it's toll on me since it's much more labor-oriented on SL than it was IMVU. SL has all-around been a nice clean fresh start and I'd say it's gone swimmingly for the most part. It's all a big business and honestly no time for drama. Took and shoved all the IMVU bullshit behind as I continue to grow and push forward with life and Second Life, hoping to grow into a normal society with a group of trustworthy friends, business partners, acquaintances and blah blah.

Anyway, that's my 10 minutes. I'm exhausted and broke.

Gachas... agony..

I was going to post some pictures with this, but I'll make it into a two part blog post. I went to the Men's Only Gacha event (MOG) and I hit some of the gachas at Depraved Nation's Thrift Shop 4.0 event. I hit so far the following Gachas:

I have come to find out that I'm EXTREMELY competitive when it comes to getting Rares or specific items that I want. It turns from "I'll try this a few times" to "Motherfucker, give me it! -does it a hundred more times-". Anyway, it's a strange addiction. I'll post some pictures of some of the trinkets later.

Further progress..

Finally getting more progress done on the home in Wolverine Lake. Been very hectic. Many things have been scratched off the to-do list.

Ahh.... the love for DeMorgue Manor..

Moving in that was once on the horizon has taken place... sorta

Finally are looking into doing the interior design of the home. As of yet however, we've just partially decorated it with pieces that would make it look like a couple is in the middle of moving in. Found the perfect comfy bed for it. Felt I'd pose in it, looking deep in thought as I usually am in RL. It's pathetic, I know.

And yes. That's a "Hipster Grumpy Cat". I was grumpy before it was cool. Just saying.

Well, basically, the wife snuck a picture of my avatar wearing things I don't usually wear for pictures. But I thought I'd share it for the hell of it. It appears to have been taken with prntscr, or something. So it's slightly grainy but here it is. In clothing I wear around the SL homes or when I'm too lazy to fully get dressed.
