Well, after weeks of work. Fox Daviau of NekoZone and I teamed up and bought a sim. I took the time, got my store moved and re-set up. Now own a bar within the confines of my side of the sim. It's called The Reaper's Arms.
It's not too bad. It's a bit dark and demented. But cozy. Wenz and I are planning to make it into a more vintage style biker bar. Perhaps that'll change as we think it through.
With that, we have another new hangout right next door to it, called The Gotham Junkyard. (Yes, my side of the sim is Gotham. I like the name, shut up.)
It's a cool area to sit. The stench isn't too bad either. Not that that'd bother me anyway.
Also have some commercial shops for rent and some residential homes for rent. Here's how they look.
Currently plenty of space available. I put in some classifieds. That may work, who knows.
Last but not least, my wife's epic skating rink that's in progress. It's a little bit out of place, but it's an odd place to have some fun. It's not bad at all.
A pavilion was added to oversee the sim and just for a place to relax and chat.
